Westchase is located in Hillsborough County, north of Tampa in the 33626 zip code. This master-planned, deed restricted community is situated on over two-thousand acres among nature preserves, lakes, and a championship golf course.  Westchase provides residents with easy access to the Veteran’s Expressway, Linebaugh Avenue and Racetrack Road making the commute to many areas in Tampa Bay convenient.  Westchase is a short drive to Tampa International Airport, several major shopping malls that include Westfield Citrus Park, International Plaza, and the Westfield Westshore Plaza, the Gulf Coast and beaches.

In 1991, the County Commissioners of Hillsborough County approved the founding of Westchase. Soon after, it was developed as a well- planned residential development with a very unique urban and close-knit community feel. Westchase features about 3,478 upscale homes in over twenty-nine separate neighborhoods.
