Financing: I have established relationships with top-notch lenders in the Tampa Bay Area, who can assist you with financing and provide you with a pre-approval for a loan so you can focus on finding the right home that will fit within your budget.

Concierge Home Search: Once we have identified your criteria for a home, I will put together a customized concierge home search in the MLS system, which will send me all the homes that match your criteria. I will then send you the listings that are the best match for you, so you are not overwhelmed with listings. You can also browse listings on your own through our website. 

Viewing Properties:  When you find a property you like, I will schedule a time for us to view the property to determine if it is the right match for you. For clients who are unable to attend the showing in person, I am happy to provide a virtual tour via video call. 

Preparing an Offer & Negotiations: As we move towards making an offer, I will provide you with market data and insights to help us formulate an offer price negotiation strategy. I am well-versed in the art of negotiation and well help you get the best price and terms possible.

Inspections & Repair Negotiations: There are various other elements to consider during the home buying process, such as property inspections, contingencies and closing dates. I will provide you with expert guidance on navigating these processes and help you get the best outcome. 

Contract to Closing: I will coordinate and handle all the necessary tasks, documents, and deadlines involved in the real estate transaction, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for you.
